Multi Wall Sheet

Polycarbonate Multiwall Sheets are a durable and economical glazing material.
These sheets combine the performance properties of polycarbonate with the structural
and thermal benefits derived from a multi-walled sheet. The results are a light weight,
strong and insulating sheet. Use these sheets with confidence for both interior and
exterior installations. Fabricate with woodworking tools and be amazed at how easy this
material is to use. Popular applications are Skylights, Roof Windows, Atriums,
Office Partitions to name a few,

            • Durable: Multiwall Sheets have impact strength 200 times that of glass and
8 times that of acrylic. Polycarbonate Multiwall Sheets are UV resistant and
will withstand moisture and severe weather. Some grades are Dade County,
               Florida Approved for Hurricane Shutters.
            • Economical: Enjoy cost savings vs monolithic sheet. Honeycomb profile creates
an insulating barrier that reduces energy costs. The lightweight design saves
money by reducing handling costs and enables you to use lighter and less
               expensive framing system.
            • Easy: Install with most standard wooden or metal glazing systems. Use available
polycarbonate or aluminum profiles to complete your project with a professional
               touch.

PolyShade -Designed for warm climates. PolyShade effectively
reflects sunlight and prevents excess heat build-up, combines effective solar
heating control with a highly attractive, metallic look.

Primalite - Unique sheet selectively reflects a large portion of the Near Infra-Red
solar radiation, while transmitting more of the visible light radiation.
Silhouette -With it’s sophisticated and lustrous exterior surface, radiates
elegance and good taste, available in a variety of formats, the Silhouette sheet
features outstanding reflective qualities and selectivity making it an excellent
choice and suitable for all daylight coverings.

Polycoolite (Primavert) -Specifically designed to supply plants natural solar
light needs for photosynthesis. It blocks the UV, supplies high blue and red, and
reflects heat from the unused green. It reflects undesirable excess heat from
the infrared range

Spring -A transparent sheet with a special co-extrusion layer on the external
side of the sheet under the UV protective layer “Spring” blocks the invisible IR
solar radiation & heat. Result - Lower temperatures (less heat enters the structure),
but still allow maximum light to enter the structure.

Rainbow -Special optical affects in Polygal’s Rainbow sheets combine with the
angle of the light to change the sheet color (e.g. from red to green), thus the Rainbow
sheets by Polygal present a unique harmony that is both dynamic and varied.

Selectogal (RFX) -An exclusive Polygal patent that enables the controlled penetration
of heat and the transmission of pleasant daylight into buildings, while reducing
heating and lighting costs. Selectogal’s sophisticated prismatic structure
enables it to reflect most of the sun’s heat in the summer, yet allows increased
penetration of solar heat in the winter.

Triple Clip -This glazing system combines endless design possibilities with many
important advantages: excellent thermal insulation, highly flexible, yet virtually
unbreakable, lightweight and easy to install, rigid sheet structure provides extra
strength under wind and snow loads.
